Exodus 29:13-15

¹³ Take all the fat^(A) that covers the entrails, the fatty lobe of the liver, and the two kidneys with the fat on them, and burn them on the altar. ¹⁴ But burn up the bull’s flesh, its hide, and its dung outside the camp;^(B) it is a sin offering.
